Le due specie oggi note di questo genere sono state rinvenute in mwdwAfrica: entrambe sono state reperite in mweaNamibia, la M. guttatus anche nello mwegZambia e nello mwewZimbabwecite-ref-salticidae-1-0[1].

A giugno 2011, si compone di due speciecite-ref-salticidae-1-1[1]:
